INLINE FEEDERS - HFC inline feeders or linear feeders are vibratory feeding devices that transition parts from a feeder bowl into machines, dead nests, part placement devices, or directly to operators. The rigid design of the tracks, their length and width are crucial parameters that ensure effective product handling
- HFC offers a broad range of inline drivers that can support 6" to 48" track lengths
- The unique design of HFC inline feeders significantly reduce the transmission of vibrations
- The capability to deliver highly-accurate feeding performance at variable feed rates makes HFC inline feeders a simple, economical and reliable choice
- Tracks can be designed to accommodate multiple parts with positive change-over
- Gravity Tracks can be designed to specific lengths and angles
- Discharges can be designed to be vertical, horizontal or any angle required to match your application requirements
CONVEYORS - HFC provides conveyors with different types of belts and belt speeds to meet a wide variety of automation requirements. HFC conveyors are known for their versatile functions in the automotive, medical, consumer, electronics, printing, and packaging industries.
- HFC conveyors are strong and rigid, with high load handling capabilities
- Conveyors are manufactured in lengths ranging from 1 foot to 40 feet; and widths ranging from 2" to 31"
- Relatively thin and more difficult to transfer parts can be reliably handled by HFC conveyors
- Low-profile flat belts, plastic modular belts, two-piece plastic chain belts, roller chain belts, and timing belts are some of the belt styles incorporated in our conveyors
ESCAPEMENT MECHANISMS - HFC designs a wide range of escapements, which are adaptable to all kinds of part and sizes
- Escapements are mechanical devices designed to isolate and present parts to a consistent and repeatable position
- HFC extensive knowledge and experience in many different industries and applications is the basis for many unique escapement designs and operating features contributing to dependable performance
- Escapement-type mechanisms include: Dead Nest, Cross Shuttle, Blow Feed and Pick`n Place
HOPPERS & ELEVATORS - HFC hoppers and elevators are designed and manufactured with the entire feed system in mind. Specially designed hoppers and elevators will allow storage of parts in large quantities with lower load heights
- Bulk supply hoppers are a combination of storage hoppers and vibratory troughs designed to gently convey bulk parts to part feeders
- Bulk supply hoppers and elevators are available in different sizes, capacities and varieties to fit your application. Standard hopper sizes range from .5 to 10 cuft
- Hoppers are constructed from 11ga cold roll steel and can be painted to customer specification
- For medical, electronic or cleanroom applications hoppers can be constructed from 11ga 304 or 316L stainless steel
- Hoppers are offered in different types such as straight back, straight front, low-profile, and square top models
- HFC designs special hoppers and elevators specifically suited to your application
SOUND ENCLOSURES - HFC sound enclosures are used to lower noise level of the feed system to acceptable limits. Enclosures also offer protection for the feed system in some harsh environments and clean room applications
- HFC sound enclosures have rigid aluminum frame construction for added strength and long life
- Sound enclosures made from high quality aluminum or ABS Plastic with 1-inch acoustical foam lining are available
